Day Four: Stop the Slaughter of Unicorns

Today my language barrier was Japanese. It’s pretty hard to find a “contact us” button in a foreign language in the middle of website with the colour scheme you would get if you slaughtered a unicorn. I, in fact, failed at this task and came away from that particular site with only 2nd degree burnt retinas. Moving away from unicorn homicide, I’ve actually managed to accumulate eight companies that are willing to sell me stock. A few more contacts needed then I can move onto the next step of my endeavor.

As this project has been running, I’ve been applying for various enterprise funds that various councils, trusts and business offer young entrepreneurs/ students. I got a phone call (I actually missed the phone call but got a follow up email almost immediately) that asked me to come in for a meeting at 10am tomorrow morning. I have since been rehearsing a kind of pitch to sell my idea and with any luck, make out that I’m not a total numpty after all (some degree of acting may have to take place.)
